IPL: Virat, Karthik power RCB to four-wicket win vs Punjab Kings
On a slightly challenging pitch that offered some stickiness, Virat Kohli showcased his class with a well-crafted half-century, delighting the festive crowd on Holi-day and steering the Royal Challengers Bangalore to a hard-fought four-wicket triumph over Punjab Kings in an IPL encounter held on Monday. With 47 runs required from the final 24 balls, Dinesh Karthik (unbeaten 28 off 10 balls) and the 'Impact Player' Mahipal Lomror (17 not out from 8 balls) guided RCB over the finish line with astute cricketing acumen.
