Three contractors have been arrested in connection with the deadly building collapse in Delhi. All three were apprehended from a village in Faridabad as investigators examine possible negligence behind the incident. The probe has also revealed that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) had issued a warning to the building owner six months ago and advised against reconstruction in April. The MCD has also pointed to the removal of roof support in haste as a possible factor behind the collapse.
