X will launch two new premium plans, says Elon Musk
Elon Musk, owner of X (formerly Twitter), announced the introduction of two new tiers for the X Premium subscription service. One tier will be lower cost with all features and ads, while the other will be more expensive but ad-free. The company is also exploring a basic $1 per year plan in select regions to reduce bots. X is planning a multi-tiered Premium subscription plan with Basic, Standard, and Plus variations based on the number of ads. These strategies aim to attract more subscribers and increase revenue.
