World Cup: Team India's bold template faces an acid test
India's cricket team has adopted a more aggressive batting style in recent years, following their defeat to England in the 2019 ODI World Cup. Led by captain Rohit Sharma, the team has prioritized boundary-hitting and has posted 350-plus scores eight times this calendar year. Sharma himself has been a key contributor, hitting 60 sixes, surpassing AB de Villiers' record. This change in approach has had a positive impact on the team, with other players like Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli also adopting a more enterprising style.
