Netflix expands cloud gaming streaming on TV beta to the US
Netflix has started testing its cloud gaming service in the US, allowing members to play games on smart TVs and TV-connected devices using their mobile phones as controllers. The beta test is similar to previous trials in Canada and the UK, with only two games available for streaming. The service is currently limited to select devices and requires downloading a special controller app. Netflix plans to expand its games library, including titles based on popular series and potentially licensing games from franchises like Grand Theft Auto.
