Instagram expands Close Friends feature to Reels and posts
Instagram has introduced a new feature that allows users to limit the visibility of their Reels and posts to their Close Friends. Previously, this feature was only available for Stories and Notes. The aim is to create a "pressure-free space" for users to connect with their closest contacts and share content with a trusted audience. Users can easily share posts and Reels with Close Friends by selecting the option in the Audience settings. The Close Friends list is the same for all types of content and cannot be customized for different purposes.
