Google Chrome may soon reveal how much RAM a tab is using on Windows

Google is testing a new feature in its Chrome browser that can identify tabs or web pages that are using excessive system resources. The feature, currently being tested with a limited group of users, will display the real-time memory usage of individual tabs when hovered over. However, the feature is not as comprehensive as the built-in Task Manager and only allows users to manually close tabs using high resources.
