'Expect it to turn a bit...': Shastri predicts spin-friendly pitch for final
Ravi Shastri, former India cricketer and coach, has provided insights into the pitch conditions for the ICC ODI World Cup final between India and Australia. Shastri stated that the pitch, number five, is expected to assist spinners and is expected to turn a bit. The pitch, similar to the one used in India vs Pakistan, has been left open for a long time and appears dry, with patchy areas where spinners will land the ball. Shastri also argued for batting first after winning the toss.
