Cognizant asks India employees to work from office: What CEO Ravi Kumar S said in memo
Cognizant has asked its employees in India to work from the office three days a week. This change was communicated through a memo by CEO Ravi Kumar S. While some workers expressed concerns, Cognizant plans to launch a hybrid-work scheduling app and expand into Tier-2 cities. Indian IT companies including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Wipro and HCLTech have also released their work from office policy.
