Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Telangana for the second time within a week, this time to reach out to the dalit community, promising sub-categorisation of SCs, so the better off among the weak do not corner benefits of reservation. At a massive meeting at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad, called Dalit Bharosa, the Prime Minister said the BJP was committed to sub-categorisation and announced a committee to look into the issue. The Prime Minister attacked the BRS and the Congress, calling them anti-dalit and said they had disrespected B.R.Ambedkar.
