Australia ring in changes for remaining T20Is; World Cup winners return home
Australia's T20I squad in India is set for a major overhaul with six World Cup winners returning home before the series concludes. Changes include the return of wicketkeeper-batter Josh Phillippe and big-hitter Ben McDermott for the third T20I in Guwahati, and the addition of NSW duo Ben Dwarshuis and spinner Chris Green. Green, recently appointed as the full-time captain of the Sydney Thunder, is set to make his international debut in either Raipur or the series-ending match in Bengaluru.
