Apple leads global smartphone revenue with record Q3 market share
Global smartphone market revenues remained stable YoY, but grew 15% QoQ in Q3 2023, with Apple leading in market share. Despite the iPhone 15 series being available for one week less, Apple captured 43% of global smartphone revenues and achieved its highest-ever Q3 operating profit. Samsung's annual revenue declined due to a decrease in shipments, while Xiaomi saw shipment increases both QoQ and YoY.
