Google-backed startup Anthropic has launched an advanced version of its AI model, Claude 2.1, which powers the claude.ai chat experience. The model offers a 200K token context window and reduced rates of model hallucination and system prompts. Anthropic has also updated its pricing to improve cost efficiency. In comparison, OpenAI's GPT-4 Turbo has a 128K context window and Meta's LLaMA 2 model has a 32K context window. Claude 2.1 has also made improvements in honesty, comprehension, and summarization.
